After I booked through oyo, the staff asked me for extra money. They were rude too.

Food tasted good, and you can have it brought to your room just by calling. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the other things were fine. But cleaning is a real challenge. The room smelled, the rooms and bedsheets weren't properly clean, and even the plates weren't washed properly.

I ended up paying Rs. 3661.06 for two days, with Rs. 1161.06 paid when booking and another Rs. 2500 at check-in, even though my OYO booking was only Rs. 2110.91. I wasn't given a bill or receipt when checking out, and there was no business ethics. When I arrived, they said my booked classic triple room had already gone to early birds. They said rooms were first come, first served, despite accepting multiple bookings for the same room. To stay, I had to pay the higher price for the room they had available. They also put us in what I understood was the same classic triple room, calling it deluxe and charging more. Total cheating.

The lift was the best part, and the rooms were satisfactory. We stayed for four days in June and were satisfied overall. We checked the room before checking in, and its AC worked fine. Some walls, the bed, and tables were damaged, which the reviewer says was because tourists don't take care of the hotel's property. The room we'd picked on the Oyo app wasn't available, so we had to upgrade. Room service was okay. We were told most of the staff had gone on holiday, and although there was an in-house kitchen, we could hardly order anything because of things like cook and timing issues. We usually ordered online or ate out.
