I had a really frustrating stay at Hotel Sky Inn. The service was terribly slow, and basic hotel amenities were missing. There was no hot water from the tap in the morning. When we arrived, the room had no water bottles, towels, or soap. We had to call several times before they finally brought water. The rooms have no windows and felt suffocating. My room’s AC didn’t work, and the lights in my colleague’s room were broken. There was no electric kettle either, and the reception team was very slow to respond to basic complaints. Check-in was another hassle: staff demanded the full bill immediately. I asked to settle it at checkout, which I understood to be standard practice, but this led to unnecessary trouble. With the broken facilities, lack of hot water, and poor service, the hotel wasn’t worth the time or money.

As a solo female traveller, I arrived quite late, around 10 p.m., and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room and washroom were very clean. Staff were kind, polite, and extremely helpful. Even at 10:30 p.m., they brought me food and arranged hot water. They went further by providing a kettle and warming the water themselves. I really appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail, and how well looked after and safe they made me feel.

The food was delicious, with plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. I found the ambience elegant and welcoming, a relaxing place to stay. Staff were polite and professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. A wonderful stay, and highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience.

The Wi-Fi was fast, the surroundings were quiet, and the food was superb. Management deserves credit for keeping hygiene and service standards high. It felt like a home away from home, and works well for both business and leisure.
