Hotel V. S. Continental

The staff were polite and helpful the whole time, and the food was fresh and really tasty. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms were clean and attractive, and there was plenty of space for our joint family trip.

Kuldeep Bhaiya and Subham Bhaiya were genuinely helpful, but the manager needs to learn some basic ethics. The AC, bathroom, and dustbin were all in poor condition, and the stay was awful from start to finish. If you do stay, try speaking directly with the owner rather than the manager.

The food was the one bright spot. We liked the roti and milk, and the prices were good. The room itself was filthy, especially room 202. It was covered in stains, torn, and the quilt underneath was black as coal. We were six people staying one night in three rooms, and despite paying 1600 per night, the basic things weren’t there: no towel, soap, or slippers. I had to keep asking, and staff brought items one at a time. They even said they don’t provide slippers, so apparently I’m meant to travel with my own towel, soap, and slippers. The property looks great from outside, but the room was the worst hotel experience of my life. If the owner leaves the place entirely to the staff, I can see it becoming a zero star hotel.
