I booked through Brevistay and had a terrible stay. The rooms weren't clean, and room 003 had cigarette butts lying all over it. At check-in, staff assured me there was proper power backup, but that quickly proved untrue. When the electricity went out, my room had no power at all. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised it. The manager said he would check with the power company, then never came back, leaving nobody to help. I decided to leave and asked for a refund because basic amenities weren't provided, but they refused. I had to book another hotel. The service was poor, and the management felt deceptive. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
