We had a group booking, which can be tricky to manage, but they took care of all our requests. The rooms and washrooms were spotless and the service was exceptional. It's on the pricey side, though I felt the service justified it. The location worked well for us, but parking was a bit of a struggle with our bus. There's a rooftop restaurant and bar with good-tasting food and live shows, plus a chaupati just outside on the ground floor for snacks.

It's a nice space, but there's really a crowd and atmosphere only on Fridays and Sundays. If you're fine with just dining in, weekdays are an option.

Really enjoyed the food, with plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the service, ambience, and hospitality were all top-notch.

I haven't stayed here, just came for a meal, and the place turned out to be a great surprise. The rooftop has a relaxed, premium feel, good for time with friends or a quiet meal on your own. I tried the bada pav and samosa, and both had proper desi flavor, with a clean, comfortable setup around them. Nice seating and friendly staff, too. From the classy exterior to the inside, I liked the look of it and plan to come back to try more of the menu.

The food was good, but the service really bothered me. It took far too long, and the staff were rude. They wouldn't even acknowledge how slow things were. The manager seemed completely elsewhere.
