I stayed here last week, and the location wasn’t good. Rooms were tiny and smelled unpleasant; the sheets and towels looked unclean, perhaps reused. Cleanliness overall was extremely poor, and I’ve included photos of the view from the room window. Parking wasn’t properly available, so I was told to leave my vehicle in a vacant plot nearby. The staff were rude and lacked basic customer service and communication skills. Food quality was very poor, and room service was even worse.

I canceled my order within a minute and was still charged the full cancellation amount. It feels unfair to penalize customers without a reasonable explanation. The handling was poor, with no flexibility, and policies like this make me think twice about ordering again. A very disappointing experience.

For this price, I’ve stayed at better Hotels in Lucknow. The room’s ambience was poor, and upgrading to a Suite was a mistake too. The chair was broken, and I had to ask for hand towels. The staff didn’t seem professional.

I was disappointed by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. Basic courtesy and respectful communication were missing when I dealt with them. I didn’t expect this from a hotel, and it left a very negative impression and spoiled the customer experience. Management needs to address staff behavior and improve service standards so others don’t have the same problem.
