Nirvana Nest - Corporate Stay, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

We had a great stay, and the warm staff gave good service throughout. The suite rooms were spacious and well maintained, with clean sheets and tidy bathrooms, so it’s a strong option for families. Breakfast was decent and enjoyable. Parking inside the hotel is limited, but with our four cars we managed to use extra spaces on the nearby street.

The property is new, so it looks clean and tidy, but the rooms are quite small, better for one person than two. It’s a pure veg hotel, which makes things challenging for anyone who eats non-vegetarian food. There’s no proper restaurant, and everything comes through room service, which takes at least 30 minutes and can take up to an hour. Service was slow. I asked for the room to be cleaned before I left, but it hadn’t been done when I came back, so I had to call again before it was finally cleaned. Those little things made me less keen to stay here again. It felt more like a house turned into a hotel.

The friendly, welcoming service staff made the stay more comfortable, and the pure veg menu was tasty. It’s a new property with good amenities, a pure veg restaurant, 20 rooms, and a banquet hall. The location is very strategic, and it feels like a home away from home.

The calm atmosphere stood out during my stay, with soft lighting and gentle music making it easy to unwind. The room had plush bedding and useful amenities, and its modern decor felt both welcoming and polished. Everything seemed carefully put together, making the stay memorable and comfortable.
