OYO 14909 Hotel Vivid

Room service was awful, and they didn’t even put a blanket in the room. The plates for food were really dirty. When we asked for clean ones, staff said, “Sir, fibre plates get dirty as you use them. We’re not going to take out new plates for you.”

I stayed here in the last week of oct 24 with my family by mistake. The staff’s behavior wasn’t good, and the hotel charges are very high. The online rate isn’t showing. Very poor, very poor, very poor.

The mini hall wasn’t suitable for my son’s birthday function. Staff seem relatively new, with no senior staff managing them, and the manager Tamizh was rude and not suited to customer service. Food service was slow because of inexperience, although the food itself was good. Another manager, Suresh, handled customers very well.

The location is good, especially for HCL employees visiting or starting as new joiners. The rooms are good quality and value for money. There’s no covered parking, so you have to leave your vehicle in front of the hotel’s main gate. Food and snacks aren’t available late at night.
