OYO 18375 Jd Palace

I booked two rooms for my family, and I don’t usually leave reviews, but people should know what we found. Both rooms had damaged walls and an unpleasant smell. One had a broken geyser and a bad blanket; in the other bathroom, the flush didn’t work. There were mosquitoes too, and both doors were so stiff you had to kick them open. It felt more like a PG than a hotel. A very bad experience.

The room was filthy, and even though I had a booking, they gave it to someone else. I called customer care and asked to speak with an OYO manager. Neither manager admitted fault, and both the hotel manager and OYO manager spoke rudely. The OYO manager raised his voice and told me I was only complaining because I wasn’t getting a refund. I’ve never seen such a bad hotel.

They didn’t honor my booking through OYO and charged their own rate. They said a room couldn’t be given for 650 rupees and demanded an extra 200, which they took. The room was untidy, the AC and TV didn’t work, and the staff and hotel manager were rude and unprofessional. I didn’t feel safe there. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t book this hotel.

When I complained to Mr. sarvesh at reception about the basic necessities not being provided, he told me to adjust. I was paying the full price, so I shouldn’t have had to. I said I’d contact customer care, and he replied that I was free to do so and he wasn’t afraid of anyone. The management’s behavior was very unprofessional and unethical. I won’t recommend this hotel.
