The food was full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the elegant atmosphere still felt comfortable. Staff gave warm, caring service and made the experience feel personal. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, with every comfort I could ask for. I had a truly exceptional stay and would highly recommend the hotel for its luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

The food came hot and tasted good, though I’d stick to the regular menu items. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel is in a very strategic location and seems well managed. I took off a star because the staff barely smiled and didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming. I wish they’d be a little warmer.
