The staff were supportive throughout my stay, and the manager even lent me his bike when I needed one. My room was clean and nicely decorated, and the location is good. I was pleased with the service from both the staff and manager. I’d like to stay here whenever I’m in lucknow. Thanks for the kind service, I loved staying here.

The location is good, and the room and bathroom were clean. I liked that there are fans in the bathroom. But the AC was in bad shape and hadn’t been serviced. The biggest issue is that there’s no hotel name displayed outside. I also don’t like hotels that don’t allow outside food, because I don’t want to eat their tasteless meals.

Mr. Sachin Yadav, the hotel manager, was one of the most cooperative people I’ve met. The staff behaved really well, and I was very satisfied with this OYO property. It was a great experience, and I’d like to visit again in the future. Thanks a lot. 🙏🏼

They operate out of a doctor’s residential property, and the cutlery has the names of medicines and Pharma companies on it. There’s no proper pantry, and outside food isn’t allowed. Instead, they source meals from local eateries through the hotel at unreasonable prices. Even a water purifier isn’t available, so guests have to buy water bottles from them. In short, avoidable.
