We checked in only to leave our luggage and stay overnight, since our office was right across the road and we needed just the basics. The reception toilets stank and were dirty, the lifts didn’t work, and the AC wasn’t working in any room. The pillows and cushions were filthy, and we didn’t get towels, slippers, or tissues. When we asked, they gave us a rotten pack of 2/- Medimix soap. The toilet flush was broken too. We waited about 45 minutes for someone to fix it, then left to find somewhere else. The manager then called the maintenance and support staff boys together and started yelling at them. That seemed like an attempt to hide what he himself hadn’t done. Was it really all the support staff’s fault?

The food wasn’t tasty or hot, and they served different items from the menu we’d discussed for my engagement banquet. One guest asked for a snack, but the waiter refused. The service was very bad, and the staff’s behavior was ridiculous and pathetic.

It was horrible. The bedsheet was very dirty, and the toilet was dirty too. I asked for tea, but they refused because of a party. They said only tomato soup was available to order. That felt like plain cheating.

The rooms and toilets are dirty, and room service was pathetic. Even after repeated reminders, they didn’t do the mosquito spray. Better bring your own protection in case you get malaria or dengue.
