I checked in around 5 pm, but the room still hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy, the washbasin had no tap, and the shower kept leaking. They charged me an extra 550 for AC, yet controlled it themselves and switched it off around 4 in the morning. I had to walk down three floors to reception six or seven times to ask them to turn it back on. The TV didn't work, there was no intercom, and the pillows smelled awful. Service was so bad that nobody seemed to care what guests wanted. Definitely not couple friendly. Worst experience I've had.

They tell you rooms are booked for 24 hours, then after you check in they insist on fixed check-in and check-out times and charge extra. Service is poor and the staff are rude. They don't provide drinking water, so you have to buy it. The TV doesn't work, and the bedsheet wasn't clean. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give one. This place is a fraud.

I paid 1000 rupees for the night but left within an hour because the rooms and service were unbearable. The room was awful, small, and like a cell, and the washroom was tiny and terrible. The bedsheet and pillow weren't clean. It's not suitable for families, and I wouldn't come here if you want to enjoy your trip.

The address is misleading and confusing. It was shown as near Hazratganj square, but the hotel is far away, and the pictures gave a completely wrong impression. Room service and cleaning were extremely poor. With two guests, they gave us only one towel, the soap was very bad quality, there was no almirah, and the counter person operated the AC. OYO is damaging its brand by offering this kind of hotel. If it isn't addressed, the decline is inevitable. I wouldn't give even one star, but there was no other option.

Very bad. Never visit this hotel. The staff were rude and cheap in their behavior, and they talked about extra charges.
