I was with a patient, so I paid the full amount even though the advance I'd already paid to the Oyo manager wasn't deducted from the total. Oyo should remove this hotel from its list.

If you're travelling out of town, especially with family, don't rely on an Oyo booking. At the property, they may refuse your check-in and send you to another hotel, where the same thing can happen again. This keeps going until you give up on Oyo and pay a higher rate directly to a hotel. I complained more than 10 times before reaching a helpful customer care agent. The best they could offer was a refund and several alternative hotels, with no concrete fix. Those places might do the same thing when you arrive, leaving you stranded with no other options, especially late at night.

Even one star feels like too much. They charge a high price and provide no services, then take the full bill from you. It's the worst place to visit.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished, and the room service was nice. The hotel staff were well mannered. I had a good experience.
