A completely unsatisfactory stay. There was no hot water, no cleanliness, no cooperation from staff, and no facilities. Staff weren’t managing anything.

The online photos make it look very nice, but the reality was totally different. The place wasn’t cleaned at all, the fan didn’t work, and there was no bathroom light. Service was very poor.
