Hotel A-Square Homes is where I stay whenever I visit Lucknow, and I’m very pleased with it. The location is great, the surroundings are attractive, and the prices are budget oriented. Reception and other staff are friendly and helpful. There's also a roomy, attractive party hall with all facilities. The hotel is clean, stylish, and spacious, with excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the food is good value for money. Definitely recommendable for visitors to Lucknow. 👍🏻✨🌻🌿😍😀👌🏻

This was not good at all. They made false promises, and things only got worse.

The rates online differ from the price for booking on the spot, and the staff weren't supportive. Rooms are poorly maintained, there's no lift, and the stairs are in such bad condition that someone could get hurt. They're also difficult for elderly guests, since they weren't properly planned. I wouldn't recommend a family stay, as couples seem to check in and out by the hour. Worst place to stay.

ASquare Homes Hotel turned what should have been a happy occasion into a stressful disaster through false promises, unprofessional conduct, and unethical practices. Reliability and professionalism matter to me, so I would never recommend them and hope others avoid the place too. One star, and even that feels generous.

There wasn't even an intercom in the rooms, and the TV had only DD Free D2H channels because the cable network wasn't proper. The hotel is on the third floor above a hardware shop and workshop, with no lift. Basic things weren't provided, including water, and they charge extra even for drinking water. Towels, bedsheets, and blanket covers all had oily-looking spots, and there wasn't a chair in any room.
