The terrace, bathroom, and interior all felt thoughtfully put together, with comfort and quality in mind. It was modern yet cozy, really clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, and it was great value for money. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back. ❤❤❤❤

The lighting, AC, and fans weren't working properly, and there was no reliable electricity. The small washroom was untidy and didn't have a bucket. The place is an OYO collection tucked inside a society, well away from the main road. Service wasn't good either, as the staff seemed confused about the agreement between the hotel and OYO for customers.

The caretakers were so helpful and looked after us in a way no other hotel does. After a few days, they felt like family. A wonderful stay in Lucknow, with premium service. 9.5 out of 10 for everything.

The owners were friendly and behaved really well, and I had a wonderful time staying here. An excellent place to stay.

It isn't a hotel, it's a guest house. The place was dirty and cleanliness wasn't good. Service was poor, and the staff weren't cooperative.
