OYO Premium Vidhan Sabha Marg

The breakfast buffet is good for the price of the hotel. Rooms and amenities are up to the mark, though the lighting in the room could be improved since it feels a bit warm. The hotel is in a posh area of Lucknow, near vidhan sabha, which feels highly safe for families. Overall, a great stay.

The staff were polite and helpful, with a warm, welcoming manner, and the food was tasty. But poor maintenance and slow service at Hotel Myriad overshadowed those positives. I waited a long time for pillows and bedsheets, and the air conditioner leaked water the whole time. The room’s upkeep was poor, and those problems made my stay uncomfortable.

The repeated times they switched off the hall AC made things very uncomfortable, especially in warm conditions. Staff were aggressive, rude, and uncooperative instead of helping, which made an already poor, unprofessional service experience even worse. Based on the service and staff attitude, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Bhupendra has been quick to help, very welcoming, and extremely cooperative. The only reason I’m giving four stars is him. Sunil at reception, though, is unprofessional and unwelcoming, often tied up on the phone. He brushes off customer concerns and doesn’t make a proper effort to sort things out, which has caused me problems several times.
