The hotel is super dirty, including the walls inside the room, and the outside area is dirty too. At reception, the guy asks you to choose a room, then after a few minutes says sorry, there's no room card and you must pick another one. It wastes your time. They don't provide soap or shampoo, and there's no tea pot in the room. I strongly recommend not booking here.

Zabardast experience. The management has made a decent comeback, and the entire operations team has changed. The staff are good, and hospitality is much better. I was quite satisfied compared with my last visit four months ago. The location has always been good.

I've stayed here many times and liked the management. It's clean, and the guests are treated very well. There's a nearby market for shopping, plus a pedestrian route.
10/10
The staff were polite and helpful this time, which was a big change from my previous stay. Check-in went well, and the stay was comfortable for the very reasonable price. I’d visit again soon.

The stairs were covered in rubbish, the lift was being used for storage, and the room locks were broken. They used an iron rod to open and shut the door. I’d booked a room, but after seeing the property I decided not to check in.
