The staff were nice and the rooms had plenty of space. We felt comfortable there.

Coming back after three years was a letdown. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and hygiene fell well below basic hotel standards. Service was almost nonexistent. We got only two bottles of water and one towel, with no soap, shampoo, or anything else in the bathroom. For the price, it felt like a cheap place that was badly managed. This used to be a very nice hotel, but the quality has fallen so much that it’s nowhere near what I remembered. I hope management addresses cleanliness and basic amenities. I can’t recommend it now.

We were two families and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were caring and went out of their way to meet our needs, and the breakfast was good, especially the tea. The rooms were clean and came with the basic essentials. One room measured 20x14 square feet, and the bathroom was extra large at 10x8 sq ft. It felt worth the money. OYO has taken over the hotel and it’s now professionally managed. I’d been put off by the Google reviews at first, but friends encouraged me to book, and I’m glad I did.
