Savvy Grand

Hindi Kya hogi. Hotel Savvy Grand had decor that looked just right, excellent service, and a location that was hard to beat. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a treat, with a cozy atmosphere. 5/5.

The building and other facilities are good, and the food is nice, but the customer-facing staff spoiled the whole visit. Srishthi sing at reception was very rude, as were the restaurant waiters and their head waiter. We had 10 rooms booked, and everyone in our group had complaints about how reception and restaurant staff behaved. They also spoke very badly to the kids. We had been searching for hotels and had booked 10 rooms each in 6 other hotels, then found no rooms anywhere else in the city except this hotel, which still had so many available. I guess the rude staff may be why.

The service, food, and rest of the hotel were okay, but Miss Gupta at reception was arrogant and unprofessional. I’m deliberately not giving her full name. The hotel should have humble, gentle people at the front desk.

I found Hotel Savy Grand to be a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Lucknow, with good connections to the city’s main areas. The modern property was well maintained, and the courteous staff handled check-in promptly. The rooms were roomy and clean, with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and housekeeping that kept things tidy. Bathrooms were hygienic and well equipped, with basic toiletries. The restaurant had a broad menu, flavorful food, and a breakfast buffet with choices for different tastes. Room service was quick and dependable too. There are banquet halls and meeting spaces, and the atmosphere feels upscale but still relaxing for families and business travelers. It seems a reliable choice for comfort, service, and value, and I’d recommend it for either a short or longer stay.
