The property is attractive, well maintained, and has good potential. I stayed for two days while attending a wedding, and the arrangements were handled nicely. The food was fresh, hygienic, very good, and not too oily. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were problems with maintenance, though: the bathroom fittings didn’t work properly, and some electrical fittings in the room weren’t working as expected. The main issue is an open drain running through the resort, which leaves an unpleasant smell across the property and really affects the experience. Fixing that and the room issues would make a big difference.

We planned an office party for about 20 people, but the day turned into a waste of time, food, and money. We had been told one thing during booking and got something very different. There was another booking, it seems, and they rushed us to finish and leave, ruining the party for our employees. We won’t book here again. During our visit to the property, manager Neeraj promised poolside access from around 11 AM or 12 PM through the evening, with a buffet, rain dance, and pool access at a discounted price. He said there were no other bookings that day. On 10th May, Neeraj was on leave, so we dealt with another manager. I asked how much notice they needed to prepare the dinner main course and was told 40 minutes. We started starters at around 12:30 PM and carried on until nearly 3 PM, since everyone was enjoying the snacks and activities. Then around 4 PM, another manager, Mukul, told us lunch was already ready. Nobody from our side had asked for it, and we’d already eaten plenty of starters. Having the main course prepared so early disrupted the whole party. Later we learned another booking was lined up, which seemed to be why they were hurrying us. They didn’t keep their commitments. Be careful before booking: they say one thing on paper and do something entirely different later.

The food is exceptionally good, and the accommodation is well maintained. It’s a classy place with premium quality service, set right beside a jungle.

The staff were cooperative, and the rooms were okay, but they need maintenance. The roads around the property are also poorly maintained, especially in front of the poolside cottages.
