Sethi Grand Hotel

Mr Sonua Dixit and the F&B staff made the stay special. The place was peaceful, and spending time by the pool was relaxing.

For two nights in Lucknow for a business meeting, this hotel was a great fit for my budget. The rooms, facilities, and staff gave me a five-star experience, even though it’s a three-star property. Ms Nancy Tiwari and Avinash were especially caring and supportive.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable time at Sethi Grand Restaurant. The service was smooth and the staff were courteous, with a warm, classy atmosphere. There’s good variety and quality in the delicious food. A lovely choice for a family meal, a couple’s dinner, or a celebration with people you care about.

At 4k a night, I expected much better. Some of the rooms we booked had nonworking AC, and management didn’t seem interested in fixing it. Getting basic things like water took an excessive amount of time, and when I complained, I got dismissive or odd replies instead of help. I’m still staying here, and this has been the most disappointing hospitality experience I’ve had. The quality doesn’t come close to the price, it feels worth less than a quarter of it.
