The housekeeping staff took good care of us, bringing water bottles each day and keeping the towels clean. The front office team and security staff were great too. I felt comfortable throughout the stay and would recommend the hotel.

This seems like a good choice for a business trip to Lucknow. Food service is affordable, and laundry is available. The room was spacious and well air-conditioned, with a clean, hygienic bathroom and toilet. Staff were polite and helpful, and cleanliness and social distancing were maintained.

The rooms were tidy, and the food was sumptuous. The hotel is well managed, with lovely, courteous staff. I'd happily come back.

The stay was good value for money and hassle free. Siddharth and tens were helpful, resourceful, and very accommodating. Thanks for looking after us.
