Supriya Palace by OYO Rooms

The rooms weren’t clean, the charges were very high, and the service was terrible. The geyser doesn’t work about half the time. The owner was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to people, and nobody seemed understanding. Once they’ve taken all the money, everyone disappears. It wasn’t worth staying here, since you can find better service for the same price elsewhere. Please don’t make the mistake we made.

For our engagement, choosing this place was a mistake. The smell in the bad rooms was unpleasant, and the ACs didn’t work most of the time. On the first floor, washroom water was a serious problem, and most of the flushes weren’t working. There was no proper drinking water setup either, so you had to order it from outside. It’s not about the money we paid, it’s the experience we had. I hope nobody else has to deal with the nightmares we faced.

The personal attention was mind-blowing, and room service was very good. A really nice stay here.

We picked this place for its location, but it felt just like a lodge. There was no security checking who came in, and I didn’t see any CCTV. The phone didn’t work, doors were hard to close, and the locks were broken, with a padlock needed. All the bathroom taps leaked, and most rooms had seepage.
