I stayed for 12 hours. Rooms and washrooms were very clean, and the rooms had full AC. Food is available, and staff are all friendly. I’d tried another hotel charging 3000, but here you can get a better quality room for 1000 or less. Very good hotel, open 24/7.
The room was dirty and didn’t feel safe for a family. Staff behaved badly, and the owner used abusive language.
THE GOLDEN SKY is near SGPGI, and the supermarket, shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, with a very friendly welcome from reception. Their tips about the city and SGPGI made our trip more interesting. Excellent location and hospitality, and I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks for going the extra little step for guests.
I paid online before checking in, but in the morning a staff member questioned why I’d paid that way. I called OYO customer care, and they resolved the issue. The hotel is good, though the staff’s behavior was average, and they only cleaned the washroom after I insisted.
A horrible experience. They switched off the electricity after I took the room.
