The food was delicious and satisfying, and everyone who came enjoyed the event. There were a few small service ups and downs, but with everything arranged at the last minute, that's understandable and wasn't their fault. They still managed more than 95% of the arrangements and made it a success. I visited on 19th January 2026 for my parents’ 75th anniversary. We hadn't planned it in advance, and after several places turned me down, I wasn't expecting much. Their warm welcome changed that. They helped choose the menu, arranged the backdrop decoration, and organized everything wonderfully. I'm truly grateful for the effort. Faiz managed the whole event and did a great job with his team. I know this review is very late, but I wanted to share how much they helped make an important occasion successful.

The food was awesome, but the unprofessional management ruined the experience. For my sister's engagement, I arrived with luggage and the staff just watched me carry it. When I asked for help, they brushed me off, saying the person was busy and would come later. Nobody ever showed up. I didn't pay a premium price to stay in a 'Dharamshala' and handle my own bags. Hospitality and professional service were missing, a classic case of 'big name, poor service.'

The night staff member Sachin, apparently the in-charge, was rude when I politely asked for a payment receipt. When I requested his senior's contact, he became more disrespectful and started blaming me. I arrived at The Regnant around 1-2 AM with my wife and 10-month-old baby, since we needed to visit a nearby hospital early for vaccination. I booked a room for only 4-5 hours and was charged ₹4500. On 8 November 2025, I urgently booked a room for 4-5 hours with my family for medical reasons. Sachin charged ₹4500 without explaining it beforehand, then behaved rudely and refused transparency when I asked for a receipt and senior contact. Please investigate and resolve this, and provide the bill for my payment. Such arrogant, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable from a reputed hotel. I demand a formal apology from Mr. Sachin and strict action from management, including termination if necessary. This experience completely ruined the hotel's reputation in my eyes. There was a liquor bottle left in my room, which makes it clear the room hadn't been cleaned properly before I checked in. It raises serious concerns about hygiene and management. The check-in was disappointing too. I arrived on time but waited a long time for my room, without any clear update from staff. It showed a lack of coordination and professionalism.
