The location made getting around easy, close to major attractions and restaurants, and breakfast was fresh with a good range of options. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well kept, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I had a really pleasant stay, would give it 4 out of 5 stars, and would happily come back.

The mattress had only a thin layer of foam, so its inner springs pressed against my body all night. The bedsheet and quilt were poor quality, and the entire bedsheet had visible bloodstains.

The rooms were okay, but the staff were extremely rude and said no to everything. We waited 30 minutes at reception because the person at the main desk took that long to check us in. When we asked for bathroom slippers and a glass of water, he said no. They should rename it from OYO to “No Rooms”.

I only booked this place that afternoon because nowhere else was available, and I regretted it. The room was in rough shape, with a leaking bathroom, broken flooring, and dust everywhere.

Nothing was clean, and the rooms had a really foul smell. They didn't even provide toiletries or water bottles. It was a horrible stay.
