I was so uncomfortable that I checked out early, at 5:30 AM. The place felt unhealthy rather than welcoming, with cleanliness problems and poor bathroom drainage. There were so many mosquitoes that I had bites all over my body, and no water was served even after check-in. For the price, it wasn't worth it, just a room to suck your blood. If I have health problems because of this, I'd seriously consider legal action. A very disappointing and distressing stay.

The amenities felt poor for what I paid. The beds and pillows were quite dirty, there were some cleanliness issues, and service was slow.

Cockroaches were everywhere, including on the beds and in the washrooms. My friend had booked around 10-15 rooms for wedding guests, but most people refused to stay after seeing the rooms. It was embarrassing and very disappointing for him and his family after they'd arranged everything in advance. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they seriously address the hygiene and cleanliness.

The room was decent, and the staff were welcoming, but they weren't helpful. I had to ask several times for towels, toiletries, and slippers and still didn't get them. The geyser wasn't working. After many requests, someone from maintenance came, couldn't figure out the problem, made excuses, and left without coming back. Three stars for the property overall.

A horrible place to stay, with dirty rooms and a very rude receptionist.
