I paid 3500 for my family, but we left after just four hours and moved to another hotel. I was only there because of an emergency. There was no service or safety, the room was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. When I complained, staff brushed it off by saying that's just how bathrooms are. They didn't seem to understand that I'm an NRI and have stayed in much nicer places. A train also passed regularly and made a lot of noise. A terrible hotel, definitely stay somewhere else.

The breakfast menu is limited, but the food tastes great. We tried aloo-mutter sabzi with poori, aloo-pyaaz paratha with curd, tea, and coffee. Staff were helpful and room service was okay. The rooms are big and livable, though management needs to make maintenance a priority.

The breakfast choices were limited, and the staff were very impolite. The towels were black from being used too many times. In a large room, only two lights were working, and the bed, washroom, and TV without a set-top box were disappointing. The outside and reception looked lavish, and the room seemed impressive at first, but it turned into a terrible experience for Rs.3500 per night. I'd rather stay in an OYO room. I made a mistake, so please don't repeat it.

I looked at the rooms, but they weren't up to the mark. Cockroaches were roaming around in both the deluxe and standard rooms, and the AC in the premium room wasn't working properly. I decided not to stay at the hotel.
