FabHotel Sky Lark Farm

The rooms were very bad and dirty, and the staff weren’t cooperative. A very bad experience.

I came from the USA to India for business in Ludhiana, and the peaceful location made it easy to reach the main markets and places like Model Town and Sarabha Nagar. My room was spacious and clean, and the service was outstanding, with friendly, attentive staff making the stay comfortable. I learned that management had changed recently and that Owner Mr. Devender Rana had taken charge. I met him during my stay and found him one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, clean rooms, and excellent service.

We felt very unsafe, so my husband and I left around midnight without using any of the services. We had booked online for two nights and paid around 5K. The room was very dirty, music was blaring from another room, and the whole place felt unsafe and awful. Earlier that night, we arrived around 11 to find our deluxe room wasn’t ready. Random men were roaming around, and some were smoking hookah at the entrance beside reception. The receptionist was drunk and very disrespectful; another drunk man then blamed us for arriving late and not calling ahead. The check-in was terrifying and disturbing. I called fabhotel customer service to explain how shady the place felt and asked to cancel or move us to a safer fabhotel, but the representative was disrespectful and offered no help. I don’t recommend this hotel or any fab hotels in Ludhiana or elsewhere. Safety matters most, and this place came nowhere near providing it.

They checked me into an uncleaned room and seemed unbothered by its condition. None of the charging ports worked, the sheets were filthy, the washroom smelled, and service got no attention. This was the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place or fab hotel in general.
