For functions, get every detail in writing and have the manager sign it. These people show a different side when you're booking, then once the function is over. The location and area are good, but the service is only average.
The manager, Tanu, was very cooperative and understood what we needed. Food and decoration were both right up there, making it a great place for family functions. It's a little off the main road, but costs better than the other nearby resorts and palaces.
The garden is wide and spacious, there's good parking and the infrastructure is decent. It's also well connected, though the road to the resort is all gravel and hasn't been made. Staff are useless, and the food is just okay. All in all, it gets the job done, but isn't anything great.
The place is outside the city, so it's very quiet. The staff are very good, and the service was good too. A great experience overall.
As usual, the visit was good. This time, though, the food wasn't good, so I asked the manager to get it back to how it used to be.
