The way the owner and staff acted made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. They seemed to be drinking alcohol, said there was no other room, and told us to either accept the one given or leave. Since I was traveling with my friend, we chose to go. We checked out around 3:00 AM because of safety concerns and booked another hotel in the middle of the night. The staff's intimidating, unprofessional behavior caused us significant distress. The rooms weren't like the pictures shown, and they refused to let us photograph them. They were dirty and unhygienic, the washrooms hadn't been properly cleaned, and the AC didn't work properly. This made for one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The location worked really well for us, near the main sights but quiet at night, and breakfast had plenty of good options. At Hotel Amandeep (Super Hotel), the room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Staff greeted us warmly and helped with transport and suggestions for local food and sightseeing. It was good value, and I’d gladly stay here again or recommend it to someone visiting.

O Subhani has a decent property, but the service and amenities need a lot of improvement. The staff didn’t seem very interested in looking after guests. While I was at reception, two customers were making complaints to staff, MakeMyTrip customer care, and even the owner, but they didn’t get much help. The water flow in the bathroom was poor and dirty.

The geyser didn’t work, so you’d have to pray for hot water. The bathroom and bucket were dirty, and the service and behaviour were poor. Don’t plan to stay here.
