The hotel is in a pathetic state. There’s no lift, parking, or restaurant. The so-called complimentary breakfast is just one parantha and tea. They don’t even provide a dental kit, and getting toiletries means calling reception again and again.

The staff are helpful and cooperative, and the room rates are reasonable. Tea and coffee are available at nominal charges. The location is central: ISBT, the railway station, chaura bazaar, guur mani book market, and ac market are all nearby. Hotel atihi is near clock tower ludhiana, opposite Bank of india clock tower branch or bombay optical store. It can be hard to spot because it’s in shoe market gali. There’s no parking on the hotel premises; parking is a few metres away and costs 100 per day. The hotel has airconditionered rooms, though some are very small and have no windows. I’m enclosing a few pictures for your reference.

The location is perfect, with all facilities available outside if needed. I booked a room with breakfast and had no issues. The outside and lobby area were well maintained, as shown in the picture. There’s an intercom for room service, the wifi is free, and hotel service is fast when a problem comes up.
