The reception staff were rude, and they charged for the water they served. The room and bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and they didn't even replace the bedsheets or pillow cover. Worst hotel in Ludhiana, in my view. Don't stay here or waste your money.

They charged me twice for a single night's stay. When I asked why, the managers said it was because I'd arrived the previous morning. This is the worst hotel, and the managers seem to be there just to loot guests.

Just average, and I wouldn't recommend it for a good stay.

We were a group of 32 and enjoyed our stay. The staff and owner were especially friendly, cooperative, and willing to help, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The location is handy, with places nearby, though the area itself isn't especially posh. For an economical stay, we were happy overall. They could pay a little more attention to cleanliness.

The bathroom matters a lot to me, and ours was clean and nicely built. The rooms were well maintained too. What I liked most was how polite and professional the staff were, unlike the unprofessional service I've often seen at other hotels in the 1000-1500 budget range. From my personal experience, don't book a hotel through Oyo. Please use MMT.
