The sheets and blankets they provided were so dirty they couldn't be used, and they didn't even have white sheets. There are 5-6 hotel staff who have left five-star ratings, so check that before booking. Please see the rooms before paying. The stay was very poor, and the staff seem not to understand how to run a hotel.
The staff were friendly and really helpful, and their service was better than at the 4 star hotel I stayed in during the same trip. The rooms are decent, though there was no hot water in the bathroom. I'd recommend Nav classic for a budget stay.
Before paying online, go see the rooms and check the linens. After seeing the actual place, you won't book this hotel. Check the OYO reviews too, as the same group of people seem to post five-star ratings. We regretted not visiting first. It feels more like a Dharamshala than a hotel.

The bed was broken, the light was dim, and the AC and geyser didn't work. There were old blankets, dirty towels, and bed bugs. No service, arrogant staff, and cheap people all over the hotel. I strongly recommend not staying here.
