Hotel Onn

The room AC barely worked, and the receptionist, Maya, was rude and gave us attitude for no reason. The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the photos. A very disappointing stay.

We stayed for one day but were charged for two, without anyone telling us first. We were already paying twice the tariff they usually offer, so this was especially frustrating. The manager also had no idea how to speak politely to customers. I don't know who hired him, but someone should teach him how hospitality works. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

I realized within 10 minutes of checking out that I'd left my silver ring in the drawer, but when I asked the staff to look, it was gone. I asked the manager for help and he was ruthless and had no sense of how to speak to people. He rudely said, in a loud tone, that I must have dropped it in the street. I was speaking politely and asked him to lower his voice, but he said he wouldn't. It was an utterly disappointing situation. The ring belonged to my late mother.

Even though dinner was confirmed as part of our package, the hotel didn't provide it. We were left to sort ourselves out and find somewhere else to eat. We paid a premium for that package, so the poor communication and missing service were unacceptable. I hope they make sure future bookings are honored.
