The biggest letdown was breakfast: they only serve what they’ve made that day, so if it’s parantha, that’s the only choice. They also provide just one bottle of water for a deluxe room meant for two people, which didn’t feel right. We stayed two nights in a deluxe room with a mini fridge and other basic amenities, and the staff were friendly. Still, there’s no lift, the parking is far from the hotel, and some rooms smell damp.

I’ve visited four or five times, and each time Mr. Krishan at reception has behaved unpleasantly. He doesn’t treat customers properly and asks guests arriving one or two hours before check-in to pay ₹500. This keeps happening, so please look into it and take appropriate action.

Getting to the railway station was convenient from Hotel P Grand Surbhi, and the room gave me a clean, comfortable place to unwind after traveling. It was well maintained, too. The front desk team handled check-in smoothly and politely, and everyone I met was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property for a short or long visit.

The hot water system was awful, so check in at your own risk. I couldn’t reach the hotel numbers or reception 9, and no one bothered to answer the calls. One of the worst stays I’ve had.
