We attended Arshdeep singh and sakshi’s Shagun and ring ceremony at Hotel Nagpal Regency on 28/1/26. The venue had a lovely ambience, and the staff were warm and provided phenomenal service. MR. Rana ji, the operation manager, was especially polite and helpful throughout the functions. Snacks and service also arrived on time, even during the busy dinner hours. It was a wonderful experience.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole place had a welcoming feel. From check-in through checkout, the friendly staff were attentive and ready to help. It was a very pleasant stay that went beyond what I expected.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, tasty dishes that changed each day and covered Indian and continental options. It was served in a clean, pleasant dining area. I also found the rooms comfortable and well maintained, and the staff welcoming from the moment I checked in. Over my April 15th to April 20th stay at Hotel Nagpal Regency, the team stayed professional, polite, and quick to handle requests, from housekeeping to the front desk. I’d recommend Nagpal Regency in Ludhiana for its service and breakfast, and I’ll stay there again on my next visit.

The food was a real hit with our guests. Every dish was flavorful, and we heard lots of compliments about the catering. We booked Nagpal for my sister’s wedding, and the beautiful, elegant marriage hall was well organized for the occasion. The attentive, professional staff made sure everything ran smoothly, and the shadow service was an extra highlight. I’d recommend Nagpal for a lavish wedding at an affordable rate.

The food at Utsav Hall was delicious, and I really enjoyed the ladies sangeet there. I loved the service from the team of mr.rana, pawandeep, and maninder. Special thanks to preeti mam. I’d like to visit again and recommend the place to everyone.
