The rooms are spacious and fairly well managed, and the location is convenient. They don't serve food, but there are plenty of places to eat within a kilometre. It was good for the price. One thing to watch: there are four Ludhiana properties with the same name, so check Google maps for the right address.

We reserved two rooms but only one was ready when we arrived, even though check-in is at 12. The AC in that room didn't work and the bathroom lock was faulty. They told us the second room would be available by 4:00 pm. For a large hotel group like OYO, this kind of careless service is unacceptable. OYO should make sure this doesn't happen again.

The only real downside was the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, the room was spacious and comfortable, easily the best OYO stay I've had. I was there for just one day, but I've decided I'll stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Ludhiana.

The rooms could be cleaner and are only okay, but the market is nearby and the location is one of the best in Ludhiana. There's also a wine shop about 100 metres away.

It's a house converted into a hotel, close to banquet halls and the market. The staff are neither especially good nor especially bad, and the night service is poor. Being near the market is about the main thing it has going for it.
