They said the room had a water geyser, but there wasn’t one. For bathing, they brought warm water in a bucket instead. The price was far too high, and the staff were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s car parking and a lift, and the service was good 👍 The rooms are comfortable and beautiful 😍, with the railway station nearby. 😍

We had travelled 40 hours from Chhattisgarh to ludhiana with a lot of luggage because we needed to move into cmc hostels. The owner had spoken kindly and promised us the services, and we had paid an advance after talking with him from 24th sept. He showed us the family room, but once we arrived, staff said they didn’t have that room because it was occupied. Then what had we paid the advance for? We thought it meant the room was booked. The staff argued with us and acted very unprofessionally. In the end, with all our luggage, we had to move into their rooms anyway. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff gave very good service, and there’s a lift near the railway station. It’s a beautiful hotel 🏨, and it felt safe for couples 😄 in Ludhiana. ❤️

There’s a lift, car parking, and tasty food 🤩. The hotel is near the railway station and Winters Markets, and safe couple rooms are available.
