OYO 67188 K9 Regency

I booked through agoda for the wrong day by mistake. I meant to visit the next day, but I hadn’t checked in or used the hotel at all when they marked the reservation as a NO-SHOW and charged me. Neither the hotel nor agoda offered compensation or a solution. agoda told me only the property could change the dates, while the property said only agoda could do it. The owner first promised to resolve it, but after a few calls he became rude and told me not to call or text him again, and to speak to agoda because I had paid them. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I’d avoid using agoda or staying at this hotel, since the whole situation can ruin your mood. Save your money for somewhere more useful.

The rooms were dirty, poorly ventilated, had no outside view, and the walls and room were not properly cleaned. It felt like a typical third-class hotel, and the front desk staff were very bad. If you accidentally break crockery, they charge 1000 rs for two plates and one cup, claiming their whole set has been ruined. Never go here.

There’s no inverter or generator connection in the room. In the hot summer, the room feels like hell. A terrible experience, and I wish I could give it zero stars.

Staying here was amazing. It felt like heaven.
