The staff member named [Abhishek] was disrespectful and behaved disgustingly. When we raised issues, staff argued rudely instead of handling them professionally and showed no concern for guest comfort. The service was extremely poor and the rooms unhygienic. A very disappointing experience, with completely unacceptable hospitality standards.

The second room had no working washroom water, and in the first we found three lizards. When we raised the problems, the staff argued instead of sorting them out. Abhishek was especially rude, saying, “At midnight we cannot call a plumber, do whatever you want.” The rooms were unhygienic, maintenance was poor, and the way we were treated was disrespectful. This experience was pathetic and completely unacceptable. Please take immediate action, or I’ll escalate the matter through public reviews and complaint platforms.

I was left very disappointed with oyo. The owner wouldn’t honor my booking, and I couldn’t get through when I tried to call you. Since it was night and I had heavy luggage with nowhere else to go, I paid 900 rupees and stayed. Please refund the extra money I had to pay.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Oyo showed my room as booked, but when I arrived, they said they’d charge extra for no reason.
