I wasn’t happy with the service, and I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The hotel was very bad, the person I spoke to was rude, and the service was poor. Staff didn’t seem to care about the hotel’s rating or comments. Makemytrip showed a lower price, but the person said their price was higher. We had no choice, so we stayed. In the morning, he asked for more money for a GST bill and spoke very rudely. I’m unhappy with both this hotel and Makemytrip. This is my second bad experience with Makemytrip and an oyo Hotel.
