OYO Flagship 80590 Sky White House

There are plenty of places to eat right outside, beside the Golden Temple Darbar Sahib, and I could still find restaurants and street food after midnight on Thursday. The room was clean and roomy, and hot water was always available, which made mornings comfortable. It was a really relaxing stay, and I'd come back every time.

Really poor experience. The desk staff were always on their phones, and one person in particular, Honey, said he was the owner and acted flirtatiously. He gave my sister his number and texted her at night. The guests weren't treated with respect. They need better staff to look after the property.

They confirmed our booking the day before, then denied us a room when we arrived at the Guest house. The owner Anmol and the staff showed no responsibility or hospitality. I was utterly disgusted by how we were treated and would never recommend anyone go near this place they call a 'Guest House'.

Don't book here if you want to avoid frustration. The wait for food was incredibly long, and even then they brought the wrong items because they couldn't take the order correctly. The staff were extremely rude, especially Rajeskumar, who didn't know how to speak respectfully to a woman. The first thing Rajesh Kumar, the reception guy, asks a tourist is when they will leave, before saying anything nice about the facilities or accommodation. Calling the service third rate would be putting it mildly. I'd ask anyone travelling to Ludhiana not to book this place.
