Townhouse 1003 Hotel Sky 9

I was on my own, with an exam the next morning, so I had to stay patient and check out without an invoice. Hotel Sky9 is only 40M away from where I needed to be, and the booking couldn't be refunded if I went somewhere else. That's why I eventually paid the extra Rs 300 after a long dispute, even though I'd booked and paid in advance through MakemyTrip. The manager had refused to give me a room unless I paid more, made me wait for over 1:30-2 hr, and said that if they refused a refund, what could I do. He told me to ask the booking company for my money back. I was alone and felt they took advantage of that. I first couldn't reach MMT, and when I did, I was told to wait 45 min. They eventually helped after almost more than 1 & half hour's, but it was too late. Mr. Ajay from MMT support called, then the company contacted the hotel. After getting clarification from the manager or so, the hotel agreed to return the extra amount but asked for an invoice. When I went back to reception to get the Rs 300 invoice MMT needed for the refund, they refused and said they wouldn't make one because of what MMT and similar companies take from them. They also said the owner might make them leave the room if he found out. I had to be patient and leave the next morning without the invoice because I had an exam and needed to stay nearby. I put up a tough fight, but they wouldn't budge. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I think some of the reviews are fake. I have more to say, but this is already long. I was also upset with the MMT team.
