Ranodip Da was especially polite and helpful, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile. I really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the hospitality. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable.

Customers need clear guidance during cancellations and rebooking. I was told by customer care to cancel my advance booking after I accidentally chose the wrong date, but nobody said I had to book again through the app. The hotel manager later took extra money and arranged an offline booking, leaving me confused and out of pocket. The whole process felt unfair and unprofessional. If needed, CCTV footage can confirm the actual checkout time.
