The rooms felt like luxury from the 90's, so they really need modernising. If that improves, the resort would have a great combination. The staff gave amazing service and made her birthday special. There were lovely yoga sessions, live music and games, and lots for kids to do.

I came for 3 nights last week to get some writing done, and the quiet made it easy to focus. From the rooms, you look straight into the forest, which is really calming. I also enjoyed the morning walks in the fresh air and perfect weather. The rooms are huge and comfortable, and service was quick when I needed anything. The kitchen team was helpful with my specific diet requirements, making sure my meals were healthy and served hot in the chilly weather. If you need a break from city noise, some me time, or a peaceful place to work, this is a good spot. I’ll be back.

The restaurant team made a real effort with my specific diet requests. Mohammed, Alok, Adith, and the rest of the team made sure the meals were healthy, comfortable, and delicious. The freshly made hot kichdis and sambar were especially good in the cold weather. Jeevan also safely dropped me on my way back, and housekeeping was prompt despite the distance. Reception and staff around the resort were quick and helpful. I had a fantastic couple of days at Club Mahindra Madikeri to get some quiet momentum back for writing and work. It felt as beautiful and calming as I remembered from years ago, still one of my favourite Club Mahindra resorts. The drive was pleasant, the weather great, and the whole stay felt refreshing. Thanks to everyone there for the warmth and hospitality.

The reception team could coordinate better with each other. The restaurant crew, especially Mr. San, were very accommodating, and you can tell he loves his job. Some of the women staff were helpful and always smiling, the manager was dedicated, and the pool attendants were nice too. Keep it up!
