Don't rely on them to call you back in five minutes if they say they will. Call ahead before arriving too, since they may already have given your room to someone else. They can let you down.

The price was affordable, and I had a happy stay. The owner was friendly and took care of the arrangements we needed. It's in a great spot for the views.
