Hilldale resorts

We arrived at 7am for an 11am check-in, and they gave us a temporary room without much hassle. Later, the staff quickly sorted out the TV when we called. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave our luggage there for almost the whole afternoon. The suite was clean and the balcony view was breathtaking. Dinner was good for the prices around the area. At breakfast, the staff member in charge even asked if we wanted omelets, which he didn’t have to do. Amazing experience and staff, 10/10.

Breakfast was very poor, with no real taste to anything. The dosa was rock solid, the sambhar tasteless, and the semai upma very cold. The food seemed like leftovers from the previous day. Worst of all, they served packaged real juice that had expired. What if someone had drunk it without checking? I’ve attached a photo.

The people were good, the location was good, and breakfast was good too. We stayed for two nights and got an awesome room at a good price. Thanks 🙏 to lakshman sir, the receptionists, and the home service Akkas 👍

There was no privacy in the room. I could hear people walking outside very easily, and even small sounds carried through the walls. The same went for the bathroom, where you could hear everything from outside. It really irritated me while I was trying to sleep.
